Please contact your local book store or Library to view your copy.
If your group or organization would like to invite Tim to speak
about the Maine woods and Allagash Tails, please call him at (207) 907-0517.

There is a special feeling to the Allagash;

a sense of adventure, the thrill of getting

away from it all!

But in the dark of night there is something else.

A shadow lingers, hiding beyond the reach of the lantern’s

fingers of light.  It remains obscure in the midst of the

evergreens and old growth.

Among the campfires and s’mores, a bone chilling draft

embraces all.  Shivering, we draw our coats tighter

to protect against the rawness

In this mystery adventure, journey with ten-year old Olivia as

her family continues to canoe the world famous Allagash River.

In the prequel to the popular An Allagash Haunting,

they’ve only been on the water for four days and already Livy

has experienced enough to last a lifetime.

She can’t believe all that has happened, right in the middle of no-where.

Price is $15.95 + $.80 Sales Tax =$ $16.70.  If you wish to pay by check please add $3.50 for shipping.  Be sure to let Tim know how it should be autographed.

Power Point Programs Now Available
"Allagash Tails and Tales"

This is a multi-media presentation intended for any school, library,

civic organization who would like to have a discussion about our

Allagash Tails Collection of books, and one of our nation's premiere

Wild and Scenic Rivers.

Narrated by author and former Waterway Supervisor Tim Caverly,

the show includes music, scenic and historic photographs as well as

stories detailing Tim's personal experiences while living in the woods.

Canoeing down the river, people will experience the Allagash in a whole new way.

Tim is also available to do readings from one of the "Tails" books.

Accompanied by the artistry of Franklin Manzo Jr, the program

has been very well received.  By the spring of the 2013 year,

in addition to libraries and civic organizations, Tim had given 92

programs and reached out to over 3000 students.  We have three student programs and an adult program available.

But talking about the books isn't enough for the Allagash Tails guys.

To date, with the support of the King Foundation, banks,

health organizations as well as Rotaries and Lion's Clubs there

have been over 1500 books donated to 91 Maine schools

Our presentation normally last from 45 to 60 minutes,

but we are willing to modify it to fit time spaces available.

We are now scheduling programs through out New England

into 2014.  If you would like more information or to

arrange a visit, please e-mail us through this website site or

call Tim at (207) 907-0517
